Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership and Vision: Oversee and steer the company’s product development strategy for pharmacological research tools (RNA), defining the technical vision and roadmap for the next-generation intelligent pharmacology platform.
2. Cross-Disciplinary Product Development: Lead the end-to-end tool development process, including:
· Software and Algorithms: Direct the development of software platforms and AI algorithm models for integrating, analyzing, and visualizing pharmacodynamic (PD), pharmacokinetic (PK), and toxicological data.
· System Integration and Automation: Drive the seamless integration of software platforms with laboratory automation equipment—such as high-throughput screening systems and liquid-handling workstations—to create an intelligent closed-loop research system that moves from sample-in to result-out.
3. AI-Driven Innovation: Collaborate closely with the company’s core AI protein-design team to explore and apply machine learning and deep-learning models to key areas such as pharmacological data mining, biomarker discovery, and drug-effect prediction, thereby building the product’s core competitive advantage.
4. User and Market Insights: Work directly in the field, engaging closely with researchers at leading pharmaceutical companies and CROs to gain a deep understanding of their pain points in in vitro and in vivo pharmacological experiments, translating vague needs into precise, cutting-edge product feature definitions.
5. Team Building and Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a top-tier, cross-disciplinary R&D team comprising software engineers, algorithm scientists, and automation engineers, fostering an engineering culture of excellence.
6. Productization and Lifecycle Management: Take responsibility for product release planning, testing, launch, and post-launch iterative optimization, ensuring product stability, user experience, and market success.
Qualifications:
1. Basic Experience: Hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacology, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in R&D of pharmacology-related software, algorithms, or automation systems at pharmaceutical, biotech, or leading life-sciences-tool companies. A Master’s degree requires eight or more years of extensive experience.
2. Technical Expertise:
· Deep Pharmacological Understanding: Possess a thorough grasp of the core workflows and data types (e.g., IC50, EC50, AUC, Cmax) used in in vitro and in vivo pharmacological experiments, as well as the associated analytical methods.
· Strong Technical Foundation: Demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following areas: a) software development (Python, R, C++, etc.) and database architecture; b) data analysis and AI (machine learning, data mining, statistics); or c) laboratory automation system integration.
3. Product Mindset: Have a strong product-oriented mindset and user-centric perspective, capable of translating complex scientific problems into clear product requirements and technical solutions. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully launching commercial software or tools are preferred.

To support the rapid growth of our R&D and sales teams, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager whose core responsibility will be to design and implement a robust performance management system that drives organizational effectiveness and empowers teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities
1. Performance System Design and Implementation
· Develop and refine the company’s performance appraisal framework (including OKRs, KPIs, BSC, etc.), tailoring metrics to meet the unique needs of R&D and sales teams.
· Oversee the full performance cycle—goal setting, progress tracking, evaluation and feedback, and application of results—to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic and Technical Leadership: Oversee the comprehensive R&D strategy for the company’s RNA transfection reagent product line, leading the end-to-end process from conceptual design and formulation development to performance optimization and pilot-scale scale-up.
Core Technology Breakthroughs: Lead the design and development of novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and non-LNP transfection systems, focusing on addressing key challenges in RNA (especially mRNA) delivery, including efficiency, toxicity, stability, and cell/tissue targeting.
AI-Experimental Integration: Collaborate closely with the company’s internal AI protein design team to explore the application of AI prediction models in novel lipid molecule design, formulation screening, and structure–activity relationship studies, driving the creation of disruptive products.
Productization and Translation: Guide the technical translation of R&D projects into commercial products, establishing rigorous manufacturing processes, quality control standards (SOPs), and product documentation to ensure that R&D outcomes can be stably and scalably translated into market-ready products.

Job Requirements:

Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of RNA biological properties and the challenges inherent in delivery technologies, with solid, proven hands-on experience in LNP formulation design, optimization, characterization, and in vitro/in vivo efficacy/toxicity assessment. Familiarity with other non-viral delivery technologies is preferred.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in a wide range of analytical techniques (e.g., DLS, HPLC, fluorescence spectroscopy) and cellular functional assays (flow cytometry, fluorescence imaging, qPCR, etc.). Candidates with extensive experience in animal study design and collaboration are especially desirable.
