RNAflash DCA (Direct Cellular Amplification) two‑step RT qPCR (SYBR Green) kit is a rapid, highly efficient, all‑in‑one reagent set that enables direct conversion from “cells” to “amplification results,” suitable for gene expression analysis in 10 to 10^5 cultured cells. This product eliminates the cumbersome traditional extraction steps, allowing genomic DNA removal and RNA isolation directly within the cell culture plate. Paired with high‑efficiency, highly stable, and highly specific reverse transcription reagents and dye‑based qPCR reagents, it can deliver gene expression data from cells in as little as 82 minutes.
This kit is easy to use and compatible with a wide range of cell types—both adherent and suspension cells—as well as varying cell numbers, enhancing efficiency while minimizing sample loss during purification. It also addresses the poor extraction performance typically observed with conventional methods when working with low‑cell‑number samples. Furthermore, this kit is suitable for high‑throughput expression analysis of cellular RNA on 96‑ or 384‑well plates.
