Product Overview:
Chloroform is a highly toxic organic solvent with carcinogenic properties and is subject to regulatory control. This product serves as a chloroform substitute, fully replacing chloroform in RNA extraction using the Trizol reagent method, thereby ensuring efficient RNA isolation.
Instructions for Use
This product is used in the same way as chloroform; simply substitute it for chloroform in equal amounts, while keeping all other procedures unchanged.
Example of experimental results
RNA was extracted from 10 mg of mouse liver using Trizol; the extraction performance when this product replaced chloroform is as follows:

Precautions
1. This product poses a fire hazard when exposed to open flames, high temperatures, or oxidizing agents; always keep it away from such hazardous materials during use and storage.
2. This product, like chloroform, is volatile. Use it in a fume hood or under adequate ventilation to avoid inhalation. After use, promptly reseal and store it to prevent reduced reagent efficacy due to evaporation.
3. When using this product, please wear a lab coat and protective equipment such as gloves, a mask, and a face shield.
