Store at 4°C for up to 3 months; stable at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles; aliquot before storage.
Product Overview:
This product is a ready-to-use, pre-stained protein marker containing three colors. The molecular weight range of the protein bands spans 10–245 kDa and includes 11 distinct bands. In a Tris‑Glycine buffer system, the 10 kDa band appears green, the 72 kDa band appears red, and the remaining bands appear blue. Note that the apparent molecular weights of the bands may vary slightly depending on the buffer system; please refer to the corresponding table for the appropriate conditions.
Instructions for Use
This product is a ready-to-use marker. Before use, allow it to thaw completely at room temperature and mix thoroughly; it can then be loaded directly onto the gel. For a 15-well gel, use 3 μL of this product; for a 10-well gel, use 5 μL to obtain clear bands. Please adjust the loading volume according to your specific experimental conditions.
Usage effect
The protein in this product is conjugated to a dye, resulting in varying migration rates and apparent molecular weights across different gels and buffer systems. Please refer to the band positions listed in the table below, taking into account the specific gel and buffer you are using.
