In the PAGE system, the smallest band corresponds to 10 kDa and appears green; the 72 kDa band is red, while other bands are blue. Please note that when using Bis-Tris (MOPS) buffer or Bis-Tris (MES) buffer, the apparent molecular weights of the bands may differ; refer to the corresponding migration profiles for accurate sizing. This product can be used for protein size estimation in SDS‑PAGE gels or on Western blot membranes.Instructions for Use
This product is a ready-to-use marker. Before use, allow it to thaw completely at room temperature, then mix well; it can be loaded directly onto the gel. For 15-well gels, use 3 μL of this product; for 10-well gels, use 5 μL to obtain clear bands. Please adjust the loading volume according to your specific experimental conditions.
Usage effect
The protein in this product is conjugated to a dye, resulting in varying migration rates and apparent molecular weights depending on the gel type and buffer system used. Please refer to the band positions listed in the table below, taking into account the specific gel and buffer you are using.
