Product Overview:
Penicillin and streptomycin effectively inhibit the growth of most Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, thereby protecting normal cell growth. Each 1 mL of this product contains 10,000 units of penicillin and 10,000 units of streptomycin, with 0.85% NaCl solution as the solvent. This product has been sterilized by two successive filtrations through a 0.1 μm membrane filter and can be directly added to culture media.
Instructions for Use
This product is a 100× concentrated stock solution; please dilute it at a ratio of 1:100, meaning that each 1 mL of this product can be used to prepare 100 mL of complete culture medium.
