      CD28 is a critical immune co-stimulatory molecule, widely expressed on the surface of T cells. As a 44 kDa type I

      transmembrane glycoprotein, it plays an essential role in T cell activation, proliferation, and survival. The CD28.2
      monoclonal antibody specifically targets the human CD28 antigen. Furthermore, the CD28.2 antibody has been shown to
      induce Ca²⁺ influx in Jurkat T cells.
