      Background of the target:

      CD3 is a surface complex expressed on all T-lineage cells, including thymocytes and mature T lymphocytes, and is

      composed of multiple subunits (γ, δ, ε). The 17A2 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the mouse CD3 chain
      within the T-cell receptor (TCR) complex, playing an essential role in TCR signal transduction and T cell activation. The 17A2 clone antibody can be used in T cell activation assays and induce proliferation and cytokine production.
