Product Information
Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer (1X) is a buffer formulated for flow cytometry. It is suitable for diluting antibodies, diluting cells, and for all washing and incubation steps required in surface staining-based flow cytometry assays. It helps maintain cell viability and reduce nonspecific staining. This product is supplied as a 1× working solution and can be used directly.
This buffer contains no biotin, calcium ions, magnesium ions, or EDTA, and is compatible with both direct conventional staining and immunostaining, as well as indirect immunostaining based on the biotin–avidin system.

Instructions for Use
1. After collecting the cell sample into a flow cytometry tube, add 2 mL of Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer, centrifuge at 200–300 × g for 3–5 minutes, and discard the supernatant.
2. Repeat Step 1.
3. Add an appropriate volume of Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer according to the experimental requirements.
4. Aliquot the cell samples into flow cytometry tubes for each experimental group, adjusting the volume and cell concentration to meet the experimental requirements.
5. Stain cell surface antigens at the optimal concentration recommended in the antibody’s product insert.
6. After staining is complete, add Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer to a final volume of 2 mL and wash the cells. Centrifuge at 200–300 × g for 3–5 minutes, then discard the supernatant.
7. Add 0.2–0.5 mL of Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer to resuspend the cell pellet, then proceed with analysis on the flow cytometer.
Precautions
1. Please wear gloves and a mask during the experiment.
